Job Description & Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision: Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for SEOlandthai.com's digital products and features, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market trends. Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify opportunities and unmet needs in the SEO and digital marketing landscape. Translate high-level strategy into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Product Lifecycle Management: Own the entire product lifecycle from ideation, discovery, planning, development, launch, to post-launch monitoring and iteration. Prioritize features and initiatives based on business impact, technical feasibility, and user value. Work closely with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Customer Support) to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery. SEO Expertise & Implementation: Integrate SEO best practices into all stages of product development, ensuring products are technically sound for search engines and optimized for organic visibility. Collaborate with SEO specialists to identify key ranking factors, algorithm changes, and user experience signals relevant to search. Champion "SEO as a product" within the organization, driving initiatives to grow organic traffic and revenue for both our platform and our clients' success. Data-Driven Decision Making: Define, track, and analyze key product performance indicators (KPIs) such as product adoption, user engagement, conversion rates, customer retention, organic traffic growth, and revenue generation. Use data insights to inform product decisions, identify areas for improvement, and optimize product performance. Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to validate hypotheses and drive continuous improvement. Stakeholder Management & Communication: Communicate product plans, progress, and results to all stakeholders, from executive leadership to individual contributors. Effectively manage expectations and foster strong collaborative relationships across departments. Act as the voice of the customer and the market within the development process.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Proven experience (3+ years) as a Product Manager, preferably with a focus on digital products or platforms in the digital marketing/SEO space. Strong understanding of SEO principles, including technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, keyword research, and content strategy. Demonstrated success in defining and launching successful products. Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello), analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console), and SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a data-driven approach. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, able to articulate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
